Paint the City Purple Campaign™
Partnership Agreement
This Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Portia Shipman Enterprises LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Portia Shipman Enterprises,” and Partner Organization.
Purpose:
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a collaborative partnership with Portia Shipman Enterprises to promote and support worldwide domestic violence and GBV prevention and awareness under the “Paint the City Purple Campaign™.”
Terms of Partnership:
- Supervision and Coordination:
– Portia Shipman Enterprises LLC will oversee the “Paint the City Purple Campaign™,” providing guidance, support, and coordination for campaign activities on a global scale.
2. Logo Usage:
– The Partner is permitted to use the campaign’s logo on promotional materials related to domestic violence and GBV awareness activities worldwide. – Partners agree to adhere to the campaign’s branding guidelines when using the logo(s).
3.Partnership Benefits:
Resource Access:
Partners gain access to resources and materials for global domestic violence and GBV prevention and awareness.
Global Networking:
Partners can connect with organizations and stakeholders globally in the field of domestic violence prevention
Training Participation:
Partners may attend training sessions focused on survivor support, fundraising success, and promoting gender equality.
Event Involvement
Partners are invited to join the annual “Paint the City Purple Campaign™ WORLDWIDE AWARENESS DAY” on the first Saturday of November. –
Recognition:
Partners are recognized as official partner organizations, enhancing their visibility and credibility within the global community working on domestic violence and GBV issues.
Survivors Speak Initiative:
– Partners agree to support initiatives such as “Survivors Speak,” providing a platform for survivors to share experiences and advocate for global change in addressing domestic violence and GBV.
Fundraising and Community Growth:
– Partners receive guidance from Portia Shipman Enterprises for organizing fundraisers and community events focused on domestic violence and GBV prevention.
Termination:
– Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date.
Governing Law:
– This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of North Carolina.
